Intersectionality and social justice in programs for boys and men

Increased public attention to issues of gender injustice has led a proliferation community-based programs for boys and men designed educate respect justice. An intersectional approach this work is now seen as imperative. In practice, however, far from simple or straightforward. This paper presents data broader study in Victoria, Australia support adopt more inclusive respectful masculinities. Drawing on Nancy Fraser’s three-dimensional framework social justice, we foreground the economic, cultural political justice concerns expressed by program leaders impacting men.
